5km Fun Run or Walk: $10 >10yrs $5 Run / Walk
Entry fees shown are pre-race day entry fees. Fees are $10 extra on race day.
Start
The MTB races start at 9.30am and Running / Walking at 10am at the Snow Farm Lodge on Thursday 3 January 08.
Finish
All events finish at the Lodge. Food & refreshments (licensed bar) will be
available before and after the race. Showers will also be available for racers.
Prize Giving
Prizes will be awarded to major place getters in the 21km race and first place
in the 5km & 10km events. All entrants in attendance at the prize giving will
be eligible for spot prizes.
Cancellation / Postponement
In event of race cancellation, notice will be given on local radio stations and the
event will be held Saturday 5 January. Should we receive less than 48 hours
notice of cancellation from competitors, full payment will be required.
Recommended Gear
The event is held in a mountain environment and conditions can deteriorate
quickly. Competitors will be required to bring appropriate gear for conditions
(ie: wind & waterproof jacket & or polypropylene or equivalent, hat & gloves).
Declaration; I agree to abide by the event rules. I am aware of the risks involved in participation and will accept full
responsibility for my wellbeing during the event. I do not have an existing medical condition, injury or skill level that
could place me at risk of injury or further injury. I will abide by any decisions or directions given by the organisers /
sponsors of this event. I do allow the organisers / sponsors to use my name and / or photograph for promotional
purposes.
