ITU Winter Triathlon World Cup and

King of the Hill Winter Triathlon Series 2007

Continuing on from the success of the 2006 Winter Triathlon series we are proud to announce the dates of the 2007 series. Contested over the hard packed trails on the Snow Farm the race consists of Running, Mountain Biking and Skiing, with distances approximately 5km run, 10km MTB and an 8km Ski – one of the winter in NZ’s rapidly rising and exciting new multi-sports.

The King of the Hill series is also a great way to build up to the ITU World Cup Winter Triathlon on the 11/12th of August, we will be offering Training Packages over the next few weeks for those who are interested in competing in a Winter Triathlon this year.

These will involve instructed lessons with our experienced instructors, a chance to practice your running and MTB on the hard packed trails and advice and tips from NZ’s first ever Winter Triathlon medalist Ben Falconer!

We can advise you in a 4 week training program including “off snow” sessions, tip sessions, qualified instructors, ski hire, entry to the races, on snow time for running and biking – and of course an outstanding amount of fun!
