What to Wear & Bring
Many students over dress for cross country skiing. Cross Country skiing is not like downhill skiing.
You do need layers of clothing as opposed to thick downhill jackets and pants.
Polyprops, windproof track pants, a t-shirt or light weight top and a windproof jacket should be sufficient on a nice day. In bad weather, a more heavy duty jacket would be required. In all cases, gloves, hat, goggles or sunglasses and good socks. Students should also bring a water bottle, sunscreen and lip protection.
